By using SutraNex you agree to these terms. If you are using the service on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation.

2. Use of the service

You may use SutraNex to generate sales proposals for legitimate business purposes. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide and for reviewing AI-generated content before sharing with clients.

3. AI-generated content

Content generated by our AI agents is provided as a starting point. You retain full responsibility for proposals shared with third parties. We make no warranties regarding the accuracy or fitness of AI-generated content.

4. Intellectual property

You own the proposals generated from your briefs. SutraNex retains rights to the platform software and infrastructure.

5. Limitation of liability

SutraNex is provided “as is”. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
