1. Data we collect

We collect your name, email address, and organisation name on signup. We also store pursuit briefs and AI-generated proposal content that you create within the platform.

2. How we use your data

Your data is used solely to provide the SutraNex service. We do not sell your personal information. Pursuit content is sent to Anthropic’s API to generate proposals and is subject to Anthropic’s privacy policy.

3. Data isolation

All data is scoped to your organisation. Users in different organisations cannot access each other’s pursuits or proposals.

4. Public proposals

Completed proposal documents are accessible via a shareable URL without authentication. Only share proposal URLs with intended recipients.
